Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is handmade and often customized (such as personalized colors, names, or marble effects), custom orders and candles are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken:

• Include clear photos or a short video showing the damaged item and the packaging.

• Only after receiving this proof, we’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

We cannot process claims for damaged items without photo or video evidence.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Cancellations
