REFUND POLICY

Each product at Saryshop is handcrafted with care and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund, you must provide photo or video evidence showing the damage to the item and packaging.

Once we receive your proof, we’ll review your case and send a replacement or issue a refund if approved.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom or personalized items

• Items that have been used

• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
