SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are handmade to order, which means we carefully craft each piece just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or holidays, production may take a little longer as we prepare every item with special care.

We currently ship only within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $75.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Saryshopis not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services or incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help you if something goes wrong.
